These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SMART NETWORK platform, including all features, services, and content available through our website. By registering an account, you enter into a binding agreement with SMART NETWORK.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use SMART NETWORK, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Nigerian bank account for withdrawals
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Not be prohibited from participating by any applicable law or regulation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one SMART NETWORK account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Ensuring your contact and bank details are accurate and up to date

SMART NETWORK offers VIP investment plans (VIP 1 through VIP 6) with defined investment amounts, daily return rates, and 60-day durations as displayed on our platform.

• All plan details including investment amounts and daily returns are subject to change at our discretion
• Earnings are credited to your account balance daily for the duration of your active plan
• Investment amounts are non-refundable once a plan is activated
• SMART NETWORK does not guarantee profits beyond the stated plan returns

Members may request withdrawals of their available balance subject to the following conditions:

• A valid Nigerian bank account must be linked to your profile before any withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply as displayed on your dashboard
• SMART NETWORK reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing large withdrawals
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if suspicious activity is detected on your account

Members may earn referral bonuses by inviting others to join SMART NETWORK using their unique referral link. The following conditions apply:

• Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred person successfully registers and activates a VIP plan
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation of the referral system will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account termination
• Referral bonus rates are subject to change without prior notice

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SMART NETWORK:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Sharing false or misleading information about SMART NETWORK to recruit members
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the platform's functionality

SMART NETWORK reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination:

• Access to the platform and your account balance may be revoked
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled if the account is found to have engaged in prohibited activity
• Decisions on account terminations are final

SMART NETWORK operates as a digital earning platform. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Participation involves financial risk and past returns do not guarantee future results
• SMART NETWORK is not a registered bank or financial institution
• We are not liable for losses resulting from market changes, platform downtime, or user error
